Our Aim
Our aim is to provide you with the wedding/event of your dreams without the hassle and stress associated with getting married or planning an event. We know how expensive weddings & events can be which is why we aim to save you money at all possible opportunities. We could provide you with so many money saving options that you could overall save money by hiring us. That means that if you added up all your receipts from your wedding /event including ours it could actually be cheaper than if you did not hire us.
Our Steps To Success:
We find and provide you with everything for your wedding in the following way:
1. Overall Budget: You set a realistic budget with which the whole wedding is to be paid for. We can help with this.
2. What You Want: You tell us about YOUR dream wedding./event We need as much information as you can give us.
3. Itemised Budget: We break down your budget with you to determine how much you have to spend on each item.
4. Product/Service Search: We find everything needed for the wedding from venues to clothing. We try and give you as many different choices and variety on the product, provider and price as possible whilst staying within your budget.
5. Refining: We continue with and repeat step 4 until you are completely satisfied and approve of the products and services you require.
6. Booking: We book / place a deposit for the products and services that you have chosen.
7. Payment: If you have chosen to give us the money for your wedding then we pay for the goods and provide you with the receipts. However if you wish to make the payment yourself then we shall arrange this with you.
8. Collection: We collect and deliver your products to the relevant people on an agreed date between us.
9. We will be there on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly.
10. Return: We collect all the products which need returning and return these for you.
11. We even clean up after ie. bagging up all rubbish & disposing or packing up excess food.
12. Anything else? If you require anything - just ask!!!
So you don't need to worry about anything.
Steps 1,2 and 3 we carry out at the initial consultation meaning we can provide you with an outline of what we are going to do before you decide if you wish to employ us.
The above is for a full planning package, we can plan as much or as little as you like or just provide you with the products you need.
